Nakaraang gabi ay na timbog sa checkpoint sina Former Bayan Muna Rep. Satur Ocampo at ACT for teachers representative Fracesca Casto, mga pari at pastors, mga guro at 5 convoy na puno ng mga minor de edad na mga estudyante.
Satur Ocampo et al., waived their rights under Article 125 of the RPC. They will no longer question the legality of their arrest and detention and they will remain under the custody of the PNP. They are given 10 days to file their counter affidavit. Bail bond is set for 80k each. Currently, they are undergoing booking proceedings. After which, they will be brought back to Talaingod PNP for detention.
